Before entering recruitment, Jamie built a career in commercial real estate, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) following a degree in Urban Land Economics. His professional experience included both appraisal and commercial brokerage before transitioning into specialist real estate recruitment.

Jamie began his recruitment career with Macdonald & Company in London, one of the world’s leading specialist real estate recruitment consultancies, partnering with clients including Colliers, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Aviva, Grosvenor, Greystar and JLL.

Since relocating to Vancouver in 2017, he has worked exclusively within British Columbia’s real estate market, partnering with owners, developers, investors, property managers and professional service firms to identify exceptional professionals across the industry.
